WebSmart Design has devised a pricing structure that enables the costs associated with website design to be spread out over either one or two years, enabling cashflow optimisation. You don't need to spend $5000 upfront to get a professional and effective website. Our representative will take the time to discover what you want from your website, and then tailor your individual pricing structure accordingly. Typically what you would get with one of our plans:

• Front-end website design and development
• FREE hosting
• FREE single domain name registration (www.yoursite.com.au)
• FREE ongoing monthly maintenance and updates (for the length of the contract)*

When you have signed up to one our our web design plans we will then begin a two phased approach to the construction of your site. This approach encompasses development of the front-end (Phase One) followed by the back-end (Phase Two). This phased approach will ensure that your business has a professional web presence as quickly as possible. Once your site is live you then have the opportunity to add modules to your site to aid your business processes, some of which are included in your monthly development hours (there may be extra charges involved in the development of certain back-end modules).

Once you have spoken to our representatives and have decided on the plan that suits you it is time to design and build the front-end of your website. This is the part that your customers will see and consists of a series of web pages. WebSmart Design will manage the design, layout and usability of the site, as well as optimise it for fast downloads.

In consultation with you we will determine the correct layout, colour scheme and navigation for your site, as well as develop a customer contact form that will allow your customers to provide valuable feedback to you via your website and generate potential sales leads for your business.

What You Will Provide

For consistent branding of your business we will aim to create a design based on your existing logo and corporate colour scheme. To effectively and efficiently build your site you will provide us with the following:

• Printers logo and stationery files - preferably the highest resolution possible
• Basic page headings - these will form the basis of your navigation system
• Images - as many as possible in electronic format. These might include staff members, office space and products. WebSmart Design can provide a professional photographer at an extra cost
• Copy text - the text for each page of the website. This must be provided in electronic format. It is recommended that you work on this whilst we are designing the site
• Designs/Features from other sites - let us know what you like in other sites

Once we have the logo files, basic page headings and images (top priority) we will mock up an initial design and send that to you as an image file for review. You can then critique that design and let us know of any changes that you require. Whilst we are working on the website design you should be working on the text for each page. When the design has been approved and we have received the text we will add the content and the site will go live.

Typically this process can take up to 8 weeks and depends on how quickly you can provide the required items. Please note that we require all copy text before we will begin adding it to the website. Once the site is live you will then be able to modify the content and make changes as part of your ongoing maintenance hours as specified in your contract. At this stage you can begin to look at developing back-end facilities to aid your business processes.

When we have finished designing the front-end of your site and it is live WebSmart Design will then consult with you to determine which back-end features can be developed to assist with your web presence and business processes.

A number of different features are available to enhance your website, both from a business and customer point-of-view. These facilities are best discussed with a WebSmart Design representative.
